Salmon Dip

Ingredients:

- 1 15-ounce can of Pink Salmon
- 8-ounce package of cream cheese (softened)
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- romaine lettuce (nice and crisp)
- paprika
- crackers
- celery sticks

Methods:

First, drain the salmon and remove any skin parts if you wish (but not necessary.) Mash up the bones they are so small that once mashed will not be a problem and you will not know they are there.

Next, beat the cream cheese, sour cream, horseradish, salt and garlic powder all together until nice and smooth. Then, mix in the salmon until well blended.

Take your romaine lettuce and arrange the leaves in a festive looking bowl (Make sure your bowl isn’t too deep.) Then, spoon the salmon mixture into the bowl and sprinkle with paprika.
